Camp NASA

Welcome to Camp NASA: Spring into STEM – The Pawsibilities Are Endless! – a dynamic, hands-on camp for sixth through eighth graders ready to deepen their STEM knowledge and skills! Based on the movie Superpower Dogs, this camp challenges campers to think critically and creatively as they tackle advanced STEM projects. On day one, Welcome to the Pawsibilities, campers will engage in activities that unlock the power of STEM and its potential to solve real-world problems. Day two, Space and Beyond, focuses on advanced robotics, where campers will build and program robots for specific tasks, exploring how these technologies are changing the future of space exploration. On day three, Up, Up, and Away, they’ll dive into the principles of aviation and aerodynamics, building and testing aircraft models while exploring the physics behind flight. Day four, Mission Rescue, challenges campers to design and execute space rescue missions, applying engineering, technology, and teamwork to simulate real-life space challenges. On the final day, Building the Future, campers will engage in engineering projects, designing innovative solutions to real-world problems and exploring how STEM is shaping the future. It’s an action-packed week that will inspire campers to push the boundaries of what’s possible!
