Press Pass

Video Policy: Media is welcome to film during operating hours, but limitations are in place for the safety and consideration of our ticketed guests. During operating hours, we will be unable to close down attractions or block off areas where our guests expect to have access. We ask that production units be self-contained. We cannot permit running cables or setting up additional equipment (lights, monitors, etc.) as they may pose a safety hazard for our guest. If your production requires special considerations, afterhours arrangements can be made, in which case a facility fee will apply.

Photo Policy: Guests are encouraged to take photographs to capture memories of their visit. We welcome guests to post their images on our various social media channels: Facebook.com/vascnews

Professional photographers on assignment should apply for a press pass. The Virginia Air & Space Center does not allow professional photography in the Center without permission and images of the Center’s exhibits and artifacts may not be used for commercial or for-profit purposes.

The Virginia Air & Space Center welcomes all members of the media to visit. Press passes are available for those members of the media visiting the museum on assignment. Contact the Media Relations office to request a press pass.
