Assistant Visitor Services Manager
Full-time hourly role at the Virginia Air and Space Science Center reporting to the Director of Visitor Services, overseeing daily operations across Admissions, IMAX, Cafe, Gift Store, and rides. Responsibilities include staff supervision, cash handling, guest issue resolution, scheduling, and serving as on-site lead in the Director’s absence. Requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service/cash handling, and weekend/holiday availability.
